The problem
Independent food producers and retailers often sell in a shop, at markets and online at the same time. Generic shop platforms struggle with collection time slots, local delivery zones, made-to-order items and weekly subscriptions, and stock quickly gets out of step between channels.
What we'd build
A mobile-first shop lets customers order for delivery within defined postcodes or collection in a chosen time slot, with capacity limits per slot. Subscriptions are billed automatically. Orders flow into a simple admin screen for packing and fulfilment, stock updates across channels, and the accounting software receives sales and fees automatically.
