Business Dashboard
One place to run the work we take off your plate.
We build you a private dashboard around the jobs you'd like automated: enquiries, quotes, bookings, reminders, reports. It's hosted and looked after each month, and it changes as your business does.

What to expect from business dashboard
In most businesses the same pattern shows up: information spread across email, spreadsheets, messages and a few separate apps, with someone re-typing it from one to the next. A dashboard gives that work one home. Your team signs in, sees what needs doing, and the routine steps happen on their own.
It's built around your business rather than picked from a menu. We start with the one or two things costing you the most time and automate those first. When you decide what to automate next, the dashboard is adjusted to match, so it keeps earning its place instead of gathering dust.
It's private to your business, and we look after it: hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and fixes, plus a steady stream of improvements each month. You deal with one person who knows exactly how it's put together.
Where an established tool already does a job well, the dashboard connects to it rather than replacing it. Each project is scoped and quoted individually, once we understand what you'd like to automate.
Problems we solve
Sound familiar?
Information in too many places
Enquiries in email, jobs in a spreadsheet, customers in someone's head.

The same steps done by hand for every enquiry, quote or job.
No clear view
Hard to see what's waiting, what's overdue and what's coming up.
Tools that stop fitting
Software that was right two years ago and now gets in the way.

FAQs
Common questions
More answers on our FAQ page, or ask us directly.
How much does it cost?
Every business is different, so we quote individually: a set-up for the first version, then a monthly fee that covers hosting, looking after it and improving it. We'll explain exactly what's included before you agree to anything.
Is it the same as a monthly support plan?
A support plan keeps your website and tools working. A dashboard is a system built for you, and the monthly arrangement keeps it running and improving.
Do we have to replace the tools we use now?
No. Where a tool does its job well, the dashboard connects to it. We only suggest replacing something when it genuinely can't do what you need.
Can it change as we automate more?
Yes, that's the idea. Small refinements are part of the monthly arrangement, and bigger additions are discussed and agreed before any work starts.
Who looks after it?
Logic NI. You deal directly with the person who built it, who knows how every part works.
