Business Systems & Automation
Less admin. Fewer mistakes. Systems that talk to each other.
Most businesses do not need more software. They need the software they already have to work together, and the repetitive admin around it to happen automatically. That is what our business systems work is about.

What business systems & automation covers
Look closely at a typical week and you will find the same tasks repeated over and over: copying enquiry details into a spreadsheet, sending the same confirmation emails, chasing quotes, re-typing invoices into accounting software, and asking colleagues where a job is up to.
We map how work actually flows through your business, find the steps that are manual, slow or error-prone, and fix them. Sometimes that means connecting tools you already pay for. Sometimes it means a workflow system or CRM built around your process. Sometimes it is a handful of well-placed automations.
We are careful about recommending technology for its own sake. AI, in particular, can help with certain tasks, but it is not appropriate for every process. We assess suitability, privacy and the need for human oversight before suggesting it.

FAQs
Common questions
More answers on our FAQ page, or ask us directly.
What should we automate first?
Usually the task that is frequent, rule-based and causes problems when it is missed, such as enquiry follow-up or booking confirmations. An automation audit will identify the best starting points.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Rarely. We prefer to connect and improve what you already use, and recommend replacement only when a tool genuinely cannot do the job.
Is automation expensive to run?
Many automations run on infrastructure with modest costs. Where a third-party automation platform or API has subscription costs, we will explain them upfront.
Will my team need training?
We design automations to fit existing ways of working and document them clearly. Training is included where new systems are introduced.
