CRM & Internal Systems
A CRM and internal tools that fit your business, not a generic template.
We build custom CRMs and internal systems for businesses whose customer relationships, sales process or internal administration do not fit standard software, or who want one system instead of five.

What crm & internal systems involves
Off-the-shelf CRMs are powerful, and for many businesses we recommend configuring one properly. But they can be expensive per user, cluttered with features you do not need and awkward for processes that do not match their assumptions.
A custom CRM is built around your customer lifecycle: how leads arrive, how they are qualified, what information you need about each customer, how deals progress and what happens after a sale. It can sit alongside staff portals and internal tools that share the same data, such as HR administration, document management or operational dashboards.
Because it is yours, it connects naturally with your website, booking system, email marketing and accounting software, and there are no per-user licences for your own system.
We design CRMs around the few screens people use every day, such as a list of follow-ups due, a customer record with full history and a pipeline view, so adoption is natural rather than enforced. Reporting is built on the same data, so management figures always match what the team sees.

- 02
Planning
We agree scope, priorities, content and timescales in writing, so you know exactly what is being built and what it costs.
- 03
Design
Layouts and interfaces are designed around your customers and your brand, then reviewed with you before development starts.
- 04
Development
We build with modern, maintainable technology, sharing progress as we go rather than disappearing for weeks.
- 05
Testing
Every form, payment, integration and page is tested across devices and browsers, including accessibility and performance checks.
- 06
Launch
We handle hosting, domains, SSL and redirects, and make sure search engines can find the new site or system properly.
- 07
Support
After launch you can keep us on for hosting, maintenance and improvements, or take it in-house. It is your choice.
FAQs
Common questions
More answers on our FAQ page, or ask us directly.
Should we build a CRM or buy one?
If an established CRM fits your process, buying is usually quicker and cheaper, and we can configure and integrate it. A custom CRM makes sense when your process is distinctive, when licence costs are high, or when it needs to be part of a wider custom system.
Can you migrate our existing contacts?
Yes. Importing, cleaning and deduplicating data from spreadsheets or another CRM is a normal part of the project.
Is customer data kept secure?
Yes. Access is role-based, connections are encrypted and the system is designed to support your UK GDPR obligations, including handling data access and deletion requests.
Can it handle HR information?
We can build HR administration tools. Because HR data is sensitive, we will agree appropriate access controls, retention and safeguards with you.
