What business management software involves
Most growing businesses end up with a patchwork: a CRM for leads, a spreadsheet for jobs, a calendar for staff, an accounting package for invoices and a lot of copying between them. Each handover is a chance for something to be missed.
We build management systems that follow a job from first enquiry to final payment. A quote is created from the enquiry, approved online, becomes a scheduled job with staff assigned, generates an invoice when complete and records the payment, with reminders sent automatically along the way.
That includes quoting, invoicing and payments: online quotations with approval, invoice generation, payment collection through providers like Stripe, automatic payment reminders, subscription billing and a payment portal for customers. Where you already use accounting software, we connect to it rather than replace it.
Problems we solve
Sound familiar?
Jobs falling through the cracks
Enquiries are not followed up and quotes are never chased.
Slow invoicing
Invoices go out late because job details have to be collected first.
No visibility
It is hard to see which jobs are profitable, who is busy and what is owed.
Stock and assets untracked
Equipment goes missing and stock runs out unexpectedly.

FAQs
Common questions
More answers on our FAQ page, or ask us directly.
Can it connect to our accounting software?
Many accounting platforms have APIs that allow invoices, customers and payments to be synced. We will confirm what is possible with your platform during discovery.
Can staff use it on site?
Yes. Staff views are designed for phones and tablets so they can see jobs, update progress, upload photos and capture sign-off on site.
Do you publish prices for business software?
No. Each system is scoped and quoted individually. We often recommend phasing, starting with the part of the process that causes the most pain.
Can we migrate data from our spreadsheets?
Yes. Importing and cleaning existing data is a normal part of these projects.
