AI & Intelligent Automation

Practical AI, used where it genuinely helps.

AI can save real time on certain tasks: drafting responses, extracting information from documents, searching internal knowledge and classifying requests. We assess where it is suitable for your business, and where it is not, before building anything.

What ai & intelligent automation involves

There is a lot of noise about AI. In practice, today's AI models are good at some things, such as summarising, drafting, classifying and extracting information from text, and unreliable at others, particularly anything requiring guaranteed accuracy, judgement or accountability. They can also produce confident but incorrect answers.

We start with an assessment: which of your processes involve a lot of reading, writing or sorting, what the consequences of a mistake would be, what data would be involved and whether it can be processed lawfully and securely. Many good uses keep a person in the loop: AI prepares, a person approves.

Where AI is a good fit, we integrate it into your existing workflows and systems with clear limits, logging and human oversight. Where it is not, we will say so, and often a conventional automation will do the job more reliably.

Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

  • Hours spent reading and sorting

Staff manually read emails, forms and documents to decide what to do with them.

  • Knowledge hard to find

Answers buried in policies, manuals and past emails.

  • Repetitive written responses

Similar replies drafted from scratch again and again.

  • Uncertainty about AI

Interest in AI, but concern about accuracy, privacy and cost.

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Discovery

We learn how your business works, who your customers are and what the project needs to achieve. No jargon, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Planning

We agree scope, priorities, content and timescales in writing, so you know exactly what is being built and what it costs.

  3. 03

    Design

Layouts and interfaces are designed around your customers and your brand, then reviewed with you before development starts.

  4. 04

    Development

We build with modern, maintainable technology, sharing progress as we go rather than disappearing for weeks.

  5. 05

    Testing

Every form, payment, integration and page is tested across devices and browsers, including accessibility and performance checks.

  6. 06

    Launch

We handle hosting, domains, SSL and redirects, and make sure search engines can find the new site or system properly.

  7. 07

    Support

After launch you can keep us on for hosting, maintenance and improvements, or take it in-house. It is your choice.

FAQs

Common questions

More answers on our FAQ page, or ask us directly.

Is AI right for my business?

Possibly, for specific tasks. AI is not appropriate for every process, especially where mistakes would be costly or decisions need accountability. Our assessment will tell you honestly.

What happens to our data?

We assess which AI providers would process your data, where, under what terms and for how long, and design solutions that minimise the data shared. Sensitive or special category data needs particular care and may not be suitable.

Can AI make mistakes?

Yes. AI models can produce incorrect or misleading output. That is why we design human review into processes where accuracy matters, and monitor quality over time.

What does it cost to run?

AI providers usually charge by usage. We estimate running costs during the assessment and set up monitoring so there are no surprises.
