The problem
When quotes depend on one experienced person, response times suffer and prices vary. Customers wait days for a figure, by which time they've often gone elsewhere, and the business has no data on which enquiries convert.
What we'd build
Customers answer a short series of questions on the website and receive an instant estimate, worked out from the business's own pricing rules. Complex jobs are flagged for a site visit instead. Every estimate becomes a lead in the CRM with all the details attached, and an automated sequence follows up until the customer books, declines or replies.
