What saas & digital products involves

New products fail more often from building the wrong thing than from building it badly. We start by clarifying who the product is for, what problem it solves and the smallest version that would prove it, then build that first.

A typical path runs from discovery and prototype, through an MVP with the core features, to a production platform with accounts, subscriptions, admin tools and analytics. Each stage is a decision point, so you are never committed to more than the next step.

We also modernise existing software: moving ageing systems to modern, supported technology, improving performance and security, and adding the features users have been asking for, without a risky big-bang rewrite where that can be avoided.

Because we also handle hosting, maintenance and marketing, the product doesn't stall after launch. We can help with onboarding flows, product analytics and the marketing website that sells it, so the software and the business around it develop together.

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Discovery

We learn how your business works, who your customers are and what the project needs to achieve. No jargon, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Planning

We agree scope, priorities, content and timescales in writing, so you know exactly what is being built and what it costs.

  3. 03

    Design

Layouts and interfaces are designed around your customers and your brand, then reviewed with you before development starts.

  4. 04

    Development

We build with modern, maintainable technology, sharing progress as we go rather than disappearing for weeks.

  5. 05

    Testing

Every form, payment, integration and page is tested across devices and browsers, including accessibility and performance checks.

  6. 06

    Launch

We handle hosting, domains, SSL and redirects, and make sure search engines can find the new site or system properly.

  7. 07

    Support

After launch you can keep us on for hosting, maintenance and improvements, or take it in-house. It is your choice.
