The problem
Many salons take bookings by phone, text and social media messages, often while they're with a client. Appointments get missed, the diary is hard to keep straight, and no-shows cost money. A booking platform may already be paid for, but it was never set up properly and the website doesn't link to it clearly.
What we'd build
A simple, fast website shows the services, prices, team and location, with a clear booking button on every page. Behind it, an established booking platform is set up properly: services and durations, staff diaries, opening hours, deposits where the salon wants them, and automatic reminders. The booking pages are styled to match the website, and the Google Business Profile links straight to booking.
