The problem
For businesses that deliver long-running projects, such as builders, architects, consultants and accountants, a surprising amount of time goes on status updates. Clients email to ask where things are, documents get lost in long email threads, and approvals wait for days because they're buried in an inbox.
What we'd build
Each client gets a secure login. Their dashboard shows each project's stages, the latest update, outstanding actions and payments. Documents are shared in one place with version history. Clients can approve a stage or a variation online, which notifies the team and is recorded with a timestamp. Invoices can be paid by card. Staff manage everything from an admin area, and updates can be posted from a phone on site.
